Welcome to the Russellville Noon Rotary Club website. Our RC enjoys the opportunity and privilege to serve Russellville and the Arkansas River Valley and beyond. In 2008-2009 we are working to "make dreams real" in conjunction with other clubs in District 6170 and around the world to promote ideals of peace, health, and understanding through Rotary International and Rotary Foundation initiatives.
