Welcome to the Russellville Noon Rotary Club website. Our RC enjoys the opportunity and privilege to serve Russellville and the Arkansas River Valley and beyond. Since the "Building Communities, Bridging Continents" is the Rotary theme for the year 2010-2011, we will be working in conjunction with other clubs in District 6170 and around the world to promote ideals of peace, health, and understanding through Rotary International and Rotary Foundation initiatives.
